Eurasian Capital JSC is a professional participant in the securities market and has licenses from the authorized body to provide brokerage and dealer activities with the right to maintain customer accounts and to manage an investment portfolio.
On March 4, 1998, Central Asian Trust Company LLP was established, which was reorganized into a joint stock company on October 8, 2004. On June 21, 2007, the joint stock company was registered by the Department of Justice of the city of Astana as "Eurasia Capital" (formerly JSC "Eurasian Bank"). By the decision of the sole shareholder on July 1, 2008, the name of JSC "Eurasia Capital" (formerly JSC "Eurasian Bank") was changed to JSC "Eurasian Capital" (formerly "Eurasian Bank" JSC), and on May 20, 2009, the new name of the company became "Eurasian Capital" JSC.
